About Us

Between June 2016 and June 2023, the Bioscientifica Trust, distributed funds to assist early-career scientists and clinicians in biomedicine and the life sciences to improve research and clinical outcomes through the provision of small grants.  

During the years it was active, the Bioscientifica Trust distributed more than €250,000 in grants. 

The Trust was governed by a Board of Trustees.

The Bioscientifica Trust was initiated by Bioscientifica Limited, a provider of publishing, event organization, and association management services to the global scholarly community, with the support of several of its clients. The Trust received funds from Bioscientifica but was a wholly independent entity with separate governance.

The Bioscientifica Trust was a charity based in England with the registration number 1175434 but was closed as a charitable entity in June 2023.
